DELIVERY POLICY

WHERE WE DELIVER
We will deliver to most addresses within Australia, but do not deliver to international locations. We require a street address for delivery - unfortunately we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. Some remote locations cannot be serviced.

HOW AND WHEN WE DELIVER
All deliveries are made 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday by Bella Skin Health Clinic's chosen carrier. Please allow 3-5 working days for Victoria and 5-7 working days for NSW and other interstate locations. A signature will be required at delivery address when receiving the goods.

We do not ship outside Australia. We do not take any responsibility for any items lost in transit.

COST OF DELIVERY FOR PRODUCTS & GIFT VOUCHERS
• If your order includes items that are out of stock, we will contact you to make arrangements for collection.
• Products will be only being dispatched once they have been fully paid for.
• Minor variations will occur from time to time and actual product may vary slightly from photos on the website or printed catalogues.
• Short sent items and damaged stocks must be reported within 48hrs of receipt of the stocks. The responsibility is on the receiver to provide digital images of any damaged items. Any refunds of replacements are the discretion of Bella Skin Health Clinic Pty. Ltd. after assessment of the claim.
• Please choose want you what to buy carefully as well as freight as once the payment has been completed, the order cannot be refunded.
• All prices displayed on this website exclude shipping costs.
• Gift vouchers sent via standard mail will be free of charge. Registered post will be charged $6.00. Express post will be charged $5.00.

ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY
Deliveries must be signed for upon request, and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by Bella Skin Health Clinic Pty. Ltd. to be authorised to receive the products. Unfortunately Bella Skin Health Clinic Pty. Ltd. and its carriers are unable to provide an estimate of the delivery time. If you are unsure whether you will be available at the delivery address during the delivery hours, we recommend nominating a work address or address of a family member who will be present during the delivery hours. In the instance someone is not able to sign for your delivery, Bella Beauty Essential's carrier will leave a card. When delivered by Australia Post you will need to collect your delivery from the closest Post Office. Any other carrier you will need to contact them directly to make alternative delivery arrangements, which may include a re-delivery fee charged by Bella Skin Health Clinic Pty. Ltd. if re-delivery is required.

Please note that risk for loss or damaged product passes to the customer upon delivery of the product(s).

METHOD OF PAYMENT
At Bella Skin Health Clinic we accept Mastercard & Visa. All prices provided by Bella Skin Health Clinic are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.

SALES TAXES
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

SECURITY OF CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
We do not store any credit card numbers for any payment made through this website. The real time eCommerce system allows us to accept a card number, process it, and record only the details of the transaction (success or failure, amount), not the card number. If you at any time believe that your credit card or transaction has been compromised in any way, please notify us immediately.
