Terms and Conditions:
- Offers available from 1st March 2023 – 30th June 2023.
- The savings specified for each package are calculated on the normal treatment price not pre-paid prices.
- Clients may purchase as many pre-paid packages, however, payment must be made upfront in full and the terms of our refund policy apply.
The full amount of the package is payable prior to the commencement of any treatments. - Bookings must be made for each treatment within the package.
- Appointment cancelled, missed or changed without 48 hours notice will be taken and deducted from the client’s package value.
- All pre-paid packages have a 3-month expiry on the redemption of treatments.
- Client is required to follow all the after-care protocols recommended by your therapist.
- For any circumstance where you are not able to complete your program, we will calculate the full price cost of your treatments up to that point, deduct it off what you have paid thus far, and give you the credit to use for future full-priced treatments at any of our clinics.
- Pre-paid packages are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
- No guarantees can be made concerning the expected results several treatments may be necessary to complete the treatment.
- Treatments cannot be split between clients.
