Virtual Skin Consultations
We are offering one-to-one skin consultations for all existing and new clients via Facetime or Zoom. During our consultations we can cater a new skincare regime, refresh your current routine, address specific skin concerns, or provide you the opportunity to learn more about active ingredients. After a 30-minute virtual consultation, our skin therapists will curate a personalised home care regime that will kick start your skin journey to achieve healthy, glowing skin at home. The cost of consultation is usually $35, which is redeemable for product purchases or in-clinic services over $99. However, it will be free during lockdown period.

Fill out a questionnaire form
A confirmation will be sent via email along with our client questionnaire for you to complete prior to the consultation. You must complete this before our consultation to ensure we are addressing your skin concerns and needs.
OUR THERAPIST WILL CALL YOU VIA FACETIME OR ZOOM
Our therapist will call you on the day via your chosen contact method (Facetime or Zoom).
Our virtual consultations are usually 30 minutes. During your consultation, we will analyse your skin concerns, current skin care products, medical history and lifestyle factors. We will then assess your skin and provide you with a list of homecare recommendations.
YOUR PERSONALISED HOME CARE PRODUCTS & SALON TREATMENT PLAN.
An in-depth personalised program will be sent outlining our recommendations with links to purchase your products from our online store.
Your personalised home care products will be delivered to your door with full instructions on how to use it.
Please Note:
- Video functionality is essential in order to examine your skin and recommend the products that are suitable. Please notify us if you do not have FaceTime so we can find alternative method to video call you.
- Please notify us with 24 hours’ notice of any changes to your appointment by calling (03) 9318-3928 or alternatively you can send us an email to enquiry@bellamedispa.com.au
- At the scheduled appointment time, we will attempt to call you a maximum of 2 times from a private number.
